Canadian Made Cloth Diapers

Are you passionate about purchasing Canadian products? Looking to make the switch or start your stash with Canadian Made Cloth Diapers?

You’ve come to the right spot. This post highlights all the amazing Canadian made diapers you can find from small factories to moms with sewing machines.

Is there a Canadian manufactured diaper not on this list? Let me know, drop me a comment or send me an email.

I updated this list summer of 2021 by removing dead links, brands that had closed – but I did not add any new brands at this time.

Canadian made diapers are not dirt cheap, they come with a cost that means maybe a little more than knock-off diapers from eBay, but it’s always worth it. Many of these companies manufacturing cloth diapers in Canada are chasing the entrepreneurial dream. They are dedicated men and women creating a product with a passion to fill a void and meet the needs.

  • *Updated* Budget Cloth Diapers in Canada
  • Where to buy Cloth Diapers in Canada? A List of Online Cloth Diaper Stores.

Having met some of the Canadian diapers manufactures on my trip to Central Ontario, I know many of these brands are represented by amazing people worth shopping from. They are deeply passionate about local production and sourcing high-quality products.

Just because a cloth diaper is made in Canada doesn’t mean its amazing. Not every cloth diaper is created equal, and the search for the perfect cloth diaper will require a little thinking from you as you navigate what type of cloth diaper systems. If you feel fancy, try one of each. If you feel a little less ambitious, try at least three and pick the ones that look the prettiest.

  • I don’t have to like all the cloth diapers

Canadian Made Cloth Diapers

Thinking-About-Cloth-Diapers put together a list a few years ago, but many of these brands are no longer in business. This list is relatively inclusive as of 2018 and I encourage comments below for additional ads for Canadian Made Diapers.

Claudia from the Cloth Diaper Library in Ontario has also compiled a list of WAHM who are currently making diapers in Canada (2021).

Important update August 2020 – because the co-owner Ilana continues to use her public social media platform to share content that is shameful and discriminatory. I no longer recommend this product.

Sorry if I misunderstood what you were looking for! Their wipes, boosters, change mats and handful of other products are made in Toronto. But you’re right, the diapers themselves are not manufactured there.

I don’t know what has happened to Nuggles, but I miss them :(. They were my entire diaper stash, and now that I have twins I need more and can’t find any anywhere.

I need to remove them! They kinda disappeared, I’m not yet sure what would be a similar product – maybe bebeboo or lallaybe but no gusset.

They don’t appear to be manufactured in Canada. Looks like just a mom selling rebranded cheap diapers from China. She’s also closing shop thisyear.
