Climate Anxiety

I always imagined it would be a great earthquake that would cut me off from my family who live in the lower mainland, not the impacts of changing climates.

Feeling a little helpless.
Feeling a little terrified. 
Feeling a little anxious.
Feeling sad.

Feelings are okay. Share them. Express them.

It may be months before I can travel to visit my family… and we have family unable to return home to PG.

I don’t know the answers but wanted to let you know you’re not alone and it’s okay to feel a little distracted today.
