If you’re a regular follower of SimplyMomBailey, you know I’m not a brand loyalist. Sure, I work a few brands I love, but my stash is far from exclusive. Honestly, there are very few diapers I don’t like. I’m of the mindset cloth diapers work for every baby, and you need a little of everything for all the different life situations you might encounter during your cloth diaper journey.
Disclaimer: With that said, full disclosure that nobody paid me to write this. However, there are disclosure links because that’s my business and that’s how I keep writing about cloth diapers and provide my honest truth. Currently, I am a brand ambassador with Omaiki and Nuggles!
Last month, I wrote a review on the Mother ease Wizard Duo and the new fashionables line up. Well, fellow cloth diaper blogger Modern Bottom Babies bought some more and been touting her cute little diapers all over Instagram. So, I decided I needed another one.
I lent mine to a friend because her heavy wetting toddler was causing some troubles, so I used this as an excuse to get my hands on another beautifully silky thin and durable cover. Plus a cotton insert because cotton is my preference for absorbency. Get one today from Mother ease.
On my last road trip, I drove thru Kamloops, and I stopped into Nuggles. I had to pick up another Nuggles Fitted Diaper. These diapers are perfect for overnight. I would classify it as a moderate/heavy wetter solution. I don’t have a review on these yet, but you need it. Top it with a Nuggles Tuck, Wrap & Go Cover, and you are set for the night.
The first one I bought was second hand from a favourite local mom. It’s still in great condition considering its age, and I think it has held up better than some other bamboo blend fitted diapers I own. #justsaying
I couldn’t help myself when Omaiki released their new prints earlier this month. English Roses is to die for, and I’m obsessed with my Cabrio with a padfolded prefold or receiving blankets.I’m also obsessed with the cactus print (we have it in a trainer) and ordered it again in the new revised AIO cloth diaper. I can’t wait to find out the difference.
Juice Box Diapers
I’ve been crushing on Juice Box Diapers months. She’s asked us to help provide feedback on the Beetlejuice flats, which I know is secretly a ploy to get me to buy her diapers.I finally made the jump and ordered a Daytime Slurp and Gulp. These unique flats (Maybe Contours?) are amazing. Seriously. I’ve only used them twice so far, but preliminary research suggests you need one.
Guys she just announced she’s closing up shop. #seriouslygoingtocry
There is a 90% chance I’ll be ordering more Lil Learnerz in the new Care Bear print this month. Lil Learnerz is my favourite training pant of all the training pants I’ve tried. If not a Lil Learnerz, I’ll be ordering a cover or pocket diaper.
