This is probably the last time I tandem nursed. I don’t remember when or how the nursing relationship ended, it just fleeted away slowly and I kind of get the sad thinking about it right now.
For most of my 4 years of breastfeeding, I wore the same nursing sleep bra until it pretty much fell apart. I’m such a weird shape – wide across the rib cage but tiny boobs like a 42C – that I didn’t even think I could find a nursing bra in my size that wasn’t just a soft cotton or miserably uncomfortable.
Anytime I bought a fancy bra from a fancy bra store, I would bring it home and never wear it because it was so uncomfortable – which is why I always say, if it doesn’t feel good leave it on the rack because I don’t want any bra’s collecting dust.
We can help you find a comfortable bra in your weird body size because we’ve intentionally sought out brands with wide size collections and expanded sizing.
We won’t always have your size because I’m a tiny boutique trying to guess which 20 bra’s to bring in out of 30+ sizes, but we might. Where we don’t, we can sometimes point you in the direction of where to find your size or bring it in next time. You can also shop Hotmilk online direct to you. I know I shouldn’t recommend that, but I really want you to be comfortable and I’m not in the position to always order more products.
We want you to feel supported and empowered in your parenting story at Nest & Sprout – your local maternity shop in Prince George, BC
That might start with a bra, or maybe it’s just finding a decent long sleeve smock for meal time. Whatever the product, we’re here for you at Pine Centre Mall.
