Did you know that Bambino Mio updated their all in one? Yes they did! I was so ecstatic to receive this in the mail because it’s about time this awesome brand took it up a level.
… if you’ve been here a while, you might know that my previous review of the Bambino Miosolo wasn’t hot. I don’t really like it because the price point with synthetic inserts just didn’t cut it for me. There were so many other brands doing amazing work, that why would I recommend that specific product?
But now, now I think the Bambino Miosolo Supreme is a must-have cloth diaper, and not just because Baby List said so.

About the Bambino Miosolo Supreme
The Bambino Miosolo Supreme takes the Miosolo to the next level as a natural fiber all in one. This one-size pocket-style diaper with sewn in inserts is everything you really want in a design, except for the lack of snaps.
A few of the great features in the Miosolo Supreme
- Two sewn in bamboo inserts with a total of 8 layers of viscose from bamboo and cotton blend material.
- Pocket lining made of a suede polyester with back opening for inserts
- Hook & Loop closure for an all in one diaper
- Double gusset leg elastics for extra protection along the legs.
- Soft breathable PUL layer.
- One size, 3×2 rise setting.
But those were just the every day features that you find in most cloth diapers, a few of the custom tweaks to the Bambino Miosolo include this unique Pull Out Tab which provides easy pull of the inserts out of the pocket for improved wash experience.
Additionally the inserts snap together and tuck into a pocket that can then be used to conveniently stuff the inserts into the diaper to create an easy-to-use cloth diaper package.
This is one of the few all in one diapers with a pocket opening for inserts that provides for easy poop clean up and maintenance. Another option is the Blueberry Simplex.

Review of the Bambino Miosolo Supreme Diaper
I am thoroughly impressed and excited by this revamp of the Bambino Miosolo diaper. This is a worthy all in on diaper made with premium quality products and design features that make life a little more fun.
On TikTok, a few people gawked at the price, and pulling it up on Amazon the Bambio Mio Miosolo is marked at $26.99 USD making it a competitive natural fibre all in one diaper. If we look at the Kaleimamo AIO, the Blueberry Simplex, or the Smart Bottoms diaper, this is on par for pricing expectations.
Guys – cloth diapers will cost money – especially if they have features like pull tabs, gussets, pockets, and natural fiber inserts. Setting unrealistic expectations of the cloth diaper prices only hurts the entire industry.
I do wish that Bambino Mio sold this diaper with snaps. Hook & loop is not my thing, and probably why I’d abandon this diaper. But for many of you that might be the reason you buy this diaper and be the entire point!

This will be a bit of a fluffier diaper. I find the material and cut gives you some fluff to it, but that’s fine. A little fluff in the bum did no harm. Fluff is awesome because it usually means the diaper will be more absorbent and might perform, but we’ll do some absorbency science at a later date.
Recommendation
Yes, this is a fantastic upgrade from the previous Miosolo making the Bambino Miosolo Supreme the only cloth diaper worth buying. Seriously. At least in my expert opinion. But you should check out some of these other fantastic cloth diaper reviews by diapering parents

It’s natural fiber core, unique features, and classic cut makes for an easy-to-use cloth diaper that newbies and cloth curious families will love.
This is a great diaper to consider for daycares or grandparents. It’s exceptionally use to use, and once assembled has all the perks of a pocket diaper without the laundry hassle of matching inserts.
You can purchase insert upgrades if you needed additional absorbency. You would likely need more absorbency for nighttime diapering, naps, and other heavy wetter experiences.
