Mondays are my jam because Mondays means the return of my work week. As a stay-at-home-mama, that means grocery shopping, play dates, appointments, and everything that makes my family and household work. I love the end of the weekend. Weekends are boring. Friends are too busy with their family, and your family is too busy with their own families.

Weekend Stories
What did you do this weekend? Did you kick it at the pool? Climb a mountain? Or binge watch all 4 seasons of Paw Patrol? (No judge).
Our weekend story consisted of… dying from the heat.
Last week in my newsletter (sign up here), I suggested I was wearing wool socks. I did not lie. It was cold. I wore wool socks and cuddled under the blanket, but the weather took a turn for the better? and its not hot and sunny. Which means hiding inside in the air conditioned bliss of my bedroom, or splashing in the water on the deck.
Little Man loves his water table! I hummed and hawed on whether or not I should make the purchase and I’m so glad I did. I’m glad I changed the sand out for water, and I’m glad he loves playing in the water. I’m not so glad when he decides to take the dirt from my planters and put it in his table, but I’m trying to move past that and let him explore, experience and play – as long as my plants stay alive.
With that said, Little Man spent much of his weekend splashing in the water on the deck in his Nuggles! Swimsees swim diaper. I was honestly surprised it fit, and I can’t wait to share my review later this week. I might even have a giveaway opportunity up my sleeve (in the meanwhile don’t forget to enter the Canada 150 giveaway by June 30, and the $100 gift card giveaway).

Love how you look forward to Mondays instead of Fridays! It’s a true testament to how special this time with your little one is.
i’ve never heard of these swim diapers but love the print!
I used to use swimming diapers for my daughter when she was a baby. I wish we could go back in time.
